Walked in and went to the teller, there was no one in front of me so I went straight to the window and it was an Asian man and instead of serving me first, he proceeded to first grab his Kit Kat, open it, take a bite, then another to finish it off and then say what do I want?.. come on guys. This is seriously your frontman for your bank?? The date was 19/08/26. Check your cameras!
I am a cba bank staff. The staff if westpac this particular branch was very disrespectful. I waited for 2 hours and they took all the time and its them who invited me to come as I am a first home buyer with me already having a pre approval and they just treated me like shit. Worst useless service ever from a bank. Highly recommend not to go to this branch atleast especially.
Nelly was one of the kindest people I've ever met. She was warm and attentive in helping us and solved all of our issues with such ease. I don't often write reviews but I really wanted to take the time to acknowledge her kindness!
worst customer service. I went cause i couldnt pay someone and she said i dont know. What do you mean i dont know you work for the company for a reason. And she has the guts to say not my problem, i have other customers to take care of. worst bank ever, would rate it even lower if i could
