I can’t believe how my mother was treated today. She went into the Hurstville branch to have money from her savings account transferred to another account. It took one hour to do by Susie. She was asked why money was being transferred, the account holders address, then they asked for the postcode which they could have looked up themselves then my 93 year old mother had to wait for the staff member to go upstairs to ask for help. Very bad service
I was appalled in the disgusting manner of one of the staff members. She was yelling aggressively at an elderly customer, not at all trying to understand his situation, just simply repeating the same sentence over and over, telling him to come back another day, while chewing aggressively on gum, and clicking her pen uncontrollably. People like that should not be in customer service, we should not be yelled at when we go into a bank to access our own money.
As disappointed as I was initially, I’d like to thank Evelyn Tay for her support throughout my credit card application process. She handled everything with professionalism, patience, and genuine care. What stood out most was her consistent communication, keeping me informed at every stage, which really made a difference after my initial experience. Overall, she turned what could have been a frustrating process into a positive one. I truly appreciate her support!
Completely racist staff. While "serving" me: hands on hips, moaning, huffing and puffing, groaning, rolling eyes, kicking feet, checking mobile phone, couldn't be less interested. They weren't doing that with the Chinese customers they were serving before me. Zero stars if I could.
