I can’t believe how my mother was treated today. She went into the Hurstville branch to have money from her savings account transferred to another account. It took one hour to do by Susie. She was asked why money was being transferred, the account holders address, then they asked for the postcode which they could have looked up themselves then my 93 year old mother had to wait for the staff member to go upstairs to ask for help.
