Mike at Westpac Hornsby branch speaks Mandarin. He was very helpful when we had to transfer funds multiple times. He has a good sense humour and was very patient. He knows Westpac products and systems very well. He also helped with insurance. Thanks to Westpac and a special thank you to Mike.
Only day I can visit the branch is Fridays after 4pm. Now they are closing at 4pm. What’s the point having a branch. Very disappointed bad customer service
Woman who served me had a disgusting attitude. Very rude. How can you have somebody serving customers be so rude.
Horrible experience especially with Josephine who was rude and nasty, unwilling to help. Would never recommend seeing her for any questions or accounts as she is lazy and unhelpful and will leave you feeling more unsure and uncomfortable.
