Only day I can visit the branch is Fridays after 4pm. Now they are closing at 4pm. What’s the point having a branch. Very disappointed bad customer service
Woman who served me had a disgusting attitude. Very rude. How can you have somebody serving customers be so rude.
Horrible experience especially with Josephine who was rude and nasty, unwilling to help. Would never recommend seeing her for any questions or accounts as she is lazy and unhelpful and will leave you feeling more unsure and uncomfortable. Terrible customer service from Josephine at the Hornsby branch
