Staffing levels are a joke, there's literally a line going out of the branch into the shopping centre
The staff are very approachable, especially Supriya. She helped me open an account for my son and made the whole process easy and stress-free. She was very kind, friendly, and easy to talk to. She made sure I was comfortable throughout the appointment and didn’t keep me waiting for long. I really appreciated her excellent customer service. Thank you, Supriya!
