Westpac Dubbo is an absolute joke! ## Just look at the reviews, enough said ## - ATM deposit machine offline more than online - Queues leading outside to footpath regularly due to two tellers serving both Westpac and St George customers - Non transparent processes - Severely understaffed BIGEST issue, no apologies just massaging trust by senior staff. Experts at lip service. It’s all about the shareholders! Stay away from Westpac Dubbo!
Westpac makes billions a year but can’t staff their branches to answer the phone.
One of the worse customer service I've ever experienced in a bank. Took over hour to exchange money. People waiting in line to the door. Only had one trained tell operator and had trainee on. Managers not making process easier or helping. Not banking with Westpac.
