If being rude to customers was a sport, these guys would win first place. I was told to come back at a later time when it was obvious that staff were available. Definitely never going again.

In the past 12 months I’ve had the pleasure of dealing with Sammy & Lex. They were both super helpful & lovely to deal with. A breath of fresh air & a credit to the Westpac organisation. Much more efficient than dealing with the call centres. On the odd occassion I’ve dealt with other staff who were professional & provided good service.
