Don’t think I’ve ever banked with a bank with such bad customer service. I go on the app, says to call. I call, they say go into the branch. I go into the branch, they say I need to call. Constantly going round in circles…
I went to deposit a large amount of cash at the ATM, which required multiple transactions and was quite inconvenient. Therefore, I decided to ask for assistance at the counter.
