I had to visit this branch as Westpac closed our local branch. There is no real customer service as the line was out the door, only one active teller and a group of staff hiding in the back office. A staff member eventually wanders out to advise waiting customers that the hole in the wall is available. Obvious the bank doesn't want to engage with their customers face to face
