I reached out to WestOz after asking for a recommendation on a local Facebook page. Kyle and the installation team were fantastic. They explained the aircon setup thoroughly and I’m quite pleased with their work. However, I’d like to suggest changing the admin and accounts people. I called early on the week to confirm the Friday installation start time so I could arrive on time at the property. Incredible service this afternoon. Connor and Josh were very professional and knowledgeable. Connor explained everything I needed to know and asked questions to see if I had any other concerns. They did a thorough check of our system after the repair/replacement to make sure it was all good to go.
Thankyou to Aaron. Stewart and Sean for removing my evap system and replacing it with a brand new Mitsubishi reverse cycle air-con unit. This team provided quality service, and were professional and personable. They spent the day at my farmhouse assisting with much needed renovations. Their hard work, diligence and attention to detail was much appreciated. I highly recommend West Oz Trades for their reliability and friendliness.
