I recently visited Westowne Mazda for a test drive appointment and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. I specifically requested a time slot starting at 4:30 PM, but was assigned 5:00 PM. When I arrived, I was told I wouldn’t be able to test drive because I wasn’t there before 5:00 PM, which came as a complete surprise since I hadn’t been informed of any change. I called them an hour before for my visit and they told me I can come by. After reached they made me wait 1 hour then told me that the vehicle already sold before. I travelled from other side of Toronto to the place. Time wasted. They could have informed.
