We have had both of our vehicles serviced at Westowne Mazda exclusively for many, many years. We have generally been extremely happy with the service. However, today, I was very disappointed that they refused to refund us for unused tire storage. We picked our winter tires for 2 cars up 2 months early as we are moving, and management refused to credit us. Very poor taste after so many good years. Kind of glad we won’t ever be back.

The service here was absolute garbage. This was hands-down one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. The staff clearly don’t give a damn about customers — they don’t listen, they talk nonsense, and they have zero professionalism. I booked for 10:45 for an oil change, but when I arrived they tried to tell me some ridiculous story about how I was “booked to drop the car and leave” — which is complete BS.
