We used 180 spa yesterday for the first time to clean our car after the winter. I was absolutely in shock how well was this done. Our 4 years old car looked like new from the factory. I have to prase this dealership. From the seller David, to videos they send while working on your car for you to see what is wrong and approve if you want it replaced to these amazing guys that are doing the car cleanup. Omg I will never go anywhere else for this service. Congratulations and please keep up this amazing work.
Might be a small thing but it still seems unprofessional, bought a demo model cx 70 and after picking up the car noticed a fairly bad smell, checked the air cabin filter it was absolutely filthy. Despite this being an easy maintance job I feel like this should have been checked and had a clean filter installed prior to us picking up the car
We have just purchased a new cx-5 amd received incredible service from Ali and Tony. This is our second Mazda purchase at Westowne and both times we've had exceptional service.
Westowne Mazda took care of my 2019 Mazda cx9 cylinder head crack/coolant issue. Was already out of warranty but they are aware that this is a factory defect and known issue affecting 2017-2020 cx9s. They help me to get it fix thru warranty by mazda canada. Steven Nguyen assisted me with all the process. I appreciate all the help. It saved me a whole lot of headache. Would def come back for any other service i needed for my car.
Sorry to write this, but it can't be ignored. I had an 8am service appointment, first one there. I indicated when booked that I would be waiting during service. Front desk also confirmed with me that I would be waiting in lounge. I waited for 3hrs and 20min eventually having to go to the front desk. The service was done in 2hrs as the report showed. I waited an extra 1 hr and 20min because they forgot about me. The lady knew I was there as she came to ask if I wanted to replace the wiper. Its unfortunate as my wife liked the... read more
