Adequate, not great. Dental hygienist Tammy is very good, pleasant and thorough. Dr. Redden is brusque, quick, seems uninterested in the patient, does not do a thorough exam.
Edit to my initial review: Westown rectified the fault and made good on the situation. I apperciate Hopes efforts to actually take care of the situation with attention and diligence. I have moved my one star up to a 3 and deleted the original context to not defame their business. Thank you for making it right and I do hope you can correct the billing situation.
The hygienist and the assistant were very welcoming and pleasant! My first time to the Middletown location I enjoyed it! I wasn’t in there extra long and came up with a plan for my dental needs.
