Jeff (manager) and Sherry (asst manager) know how to get the ball rolling and explain stuff to where you understand. They work with you if youre willing to work with them. Raiden and Caleb also got my kitchen ceiling together and it looks better than it has since I moved in. Very thankful for the work being done in the office and the maintenance!
I want to give the ladies in the office a good review.They are working with me about things that were not right when I moved in. They are very understanding. The ladies in the office now are a million times better then when I moved in a year ago. They will listen and take action. Thank you.
My mom lives here and this place is the dirtiest place I have ever seen. They don't want to help the residents and always has a excuse why. She has been asking for a storage unit for months they always have a reason why they can't get her one. She moved in almost a year ago the exterminator was coming every 3 months well the last 6 months he hasn't came we know why that is the company doesn't want to pay him I guess they rather just take your money for rent and not help with anything else.
