I want to give the ladies in the office a good review.They are working with me about things that were not right when I moved in. They are very understanding. The ladies in the office now are a million times better then when I moved in a year ago. They will listen and take action. Thank you.
My mom lives here and this place is the dirtiest place I have ever seen. They don't want to help the residents and always has a excuse why. She has been asking for a storage unit for months they always have a reason why they can't get her one. She moved in almost a year ago the exterminator was coming every 3 months well the last 6 months he hasn't came we know why that is the company doesn't want to pay him I guess they rather just take your money for rent and not help with anything else. Worst place i have ever lived. Please don't come here find other housing. There are many housing options in Hamilton County.
I am not sure how they get HUD funding. This is the dirtiest place. The hallway has only been mopped 4 times. I clean in front of mine in hallway. I have lived here almost a year. Please do yourself a favor and don't move here. You will wish you didn't.
