Living here was decent throughout the year minus the roach infestation outside, homeless people going through the trash cans, stray, smelly cats and loud, dirty neighbors. I had maybe 2 issues, which were resolved, but after I continuously had to bother them. This was with previous management, though. Now my main concern is that after I moved out, I was told I left my apartment in extremely dirty conditions. They do not return deposit and they overcharged us for everything, they never had parking and the tow truck took our car like 3 times and when someone parked in my parking lot i tried to call a towing to take the car and they didnt let us. They stole from us the rim cups and the radio antena and they didnt do anything about it they just told us to call the cops and that they cant afford to put cameras to see who was steeling... NEVER COMING BACK.
To the person parking in space 119 please be courteous & park correctly. Parking on the line is just Rude & has been a problem now for the last 2 to 3 weeks. Besides that parking spaces are limited & most have 2 to 3 cars or visitors, parking is a problem. And one thing to add is people waiting by the gate to enter when you open the gate who do not live in the complex drive in before you when they feel they can cut you off. Other than that the complex is good.
