I am a long time patient and very pleased with the scheduling process to spend adequate amount of time to work with myself the patient. When Shavonda works the desk her eye contact always brings a feeling that all will be okay. Dr. Ashereena has a very gentle way to her communication with great directions for the path to recovery. I had a very disappointing experience with Dr. Abhishek Challa’s office, and I would strongly caution others before choosing this practice. After multiple attempts, I was still unable to get a clear estimate for my procedure from the billing department.
