I thought service from this clinic was awsome, every one I talked to was friendly and nice including the owner, she works hands on with patients and that is a plus. You should give this clinic a try, you won't regret it.
If I could give this place a 0, I would. I have been going Westover Heights Clinic for almost 10 years now and have received excellent care in the past. Their past doctors were super helpful, warm and caring. Sadly over the last year this has all changed. The Clinic has really high turnover and the office is very disorganized. Back in the fall they actually lost my blood work and never called to tell me, I had to keep calling and calling them until finally they admitted to not having it. I have been going to this clinic for over 15 years. I am continually amazed by the care and attention each and every one of the providers pays to patients. It feels like the way health care should be - not an ecein-and-out easy fix, but a thoughtful compassionate conversation followed by medical care that I can really trust. Imagine how your dog reacts to going to the vet. That's me going to the gyno. I'm a step short of having to be dragged in by my collar. BUT WH is so welcoming and personable, it really does ease the anxiety! They're basically my main provider for physicals and thyroid meds as well. So everything gets done in one office. I go to Dr. Lisa Newton, she's an amazing doctor! If you hate getting the dreaded female exams, I really recommend this place!
