Westover Apartments Hello my name is Adelaida Romero I have lived in the westover apartment's for about 2 yrs now. Im a single mom with 3 kids and living is this apartment has been great they are cozy and very update on everything. They are helpful and keep things in line and we have enjoyed living here!
I used to live at the Westover Apartments. I never had any problems while I was there. Yes they have rules but so does every other complex I have lived at. They are the newest and cleanest apartments in town. They are in a quiet neighborhood. I never had any problems with the property manager. I would live there again if my job gets transferred down there.
good apartments-new,but the little girls that run them are rude and dont know how to talk to people. they lived there to and their friends dont have to follow the same rules as the rest of the tenants. TROUBLE!
Nice Apartments! The Staff is horrid! Rude, no Manners or people skills.No privacy and very odd rules that you dont find out until you break them.
Allot of potential, Fairly nice apartments but the young girls that run the place are a nightmare. Not a good place to stay for very long. I suggest a short lease if you must stay. THEIR Trashy friends hang around and do as they please but the normal people get picked on over trash blown in your yard from someone elses.Hey the wind blows trash all over. RUDE is the word I would best use to disrcibe management.Can;t believe that the owner is letting them run his business down!!
The apartment complex itself is quite new (built in 2008, I believe) so the apartment I stayed in was quite good. Condition was decent, plenty of room, quiet area.However, I had a very bad experience with the management about getting my deposit back. I spent hours cleaning up before I moved out to ensure I would receive my deposit. Lady in the office didnt even show up to our appointment to inspect the room before I left. She kept almost \$300 of the \$400 deposit and claimed it was for "cleaning" and "painting". Im still tr... read more
