i've lived here going on 16 years and this my last one that's for sure. I have been putting up with my temperature from 77 to 81. The warmer the temp out side, the hotter it got in here. I don't have any windows that I can open and I've shut the air heat from my apartment, but still no relief. I had at least 20 plus talks with management and a couple of maintenance men who weren't any help either. My family lived in this property for over 14 years, and the final years were defined by severe neglect and unequal treatment. Our unit went more than three years with unreliable heat and air conditioning, despite repeated reports. My mother, a disabled adult, passed away inside the unit from a respiratory infection after years of unsafe temperatures. Nothing was ever replaced or properly repaired. I live in Edina, which is a nice area. However, the management here allows people responsible for numerous noise, harassment and smoking complaints to do as they please. Even a tenant with a pet that bit someone was unpunished. Management here complains about repeated violations of rules while doing nothing to punish the violators of those rules. Incompetent, lazy, irresponsible management makes what should be a great building to live in one many seek to leave. Beware CommonBond properties.
I live here in unit 204 and I have experienced treatment by this management as less than fair and very rude. My questions go unanswered and I feel very ignored. I pay my rent on time and dealing with MS stress is very execrating.
