I contacted WestOne after an expensive quote from a local glass company and actually poor customer service from the same. I had been advised after buying a new home that a new shower screen I wanted could not be fitted due to the tile dam having been pitched the wrong way. Jason was quick to contact me, personable and continued to provide excellent communication from quote to install. The price was very reasonable compared to others and the quality of work first class. Don't hesitate. Pick WestOne!
Unproffesional. Taking advantage of handicapped veteran. Keeping our money and not doing the job. Have been waiting for this job to be done over two years ago and they're still asking for another half a year. Because the rain they can't do the work according to them, but that was the same excuse last year. Disappointing
Stay far away from this “company.” We hired them back in the summer to do a siding and window install on our home. Six months later our three week project is not complete, and we have had to go to the contractors board and pursue West ones insurance company to be made whole. Our house is trashed on the inside where they ripped out all of our windows and did not reinstall them properly. We have water intrusion as a result. The heavy rain over Thanksgiving resulted in me noticing some roof leaks. After receiving multiple bids from different contractors, I had to have a full roof replacement. Out of all contractors, WestOne offered the most comprehensive solution. During the initial sales process, everything was explained clearly and all prices were clearly outlined.
