Had reservations for 6:00pm..got right in. Waitress came to table to ask if we wanted anything from the bar. Spoke so softly and timidly that we could hardly hear her. My husband ordered Crown/7, I ordered Limon/Diet. They were OUT of Limon (on a Saturday night, let alone Valentines Day..really??). Ordered Captain instead, not my favorite! Went back after many years. Hard to believe it's still open. If it was a cheap resturanrt it would be bad but it tries to present itsel as this exspensive high class place. i don't know how many times our waiter said sorry for being slow and they were so slow. A couple across from us took her young boys outside to walk around waiting for their food to come. I only had the sirloin burger very dry nothing on it but a piece of cheese. My wife had te 29 dollar waleye it wasn't great but for that price it should have some present... read more
Wow, this place is great. Neat old dining car, charming Waiter and Chef. Bone in ribeye, must have been 22oz. was super, as was the salad and the crème burle. I will certainly be back!
