Sad to say the magic of Weston Ridge no longer exists. Black mold grows in these buildings. No fans or ventilation in your apartments, especially during the extreme hot months. We currently don't have A/C now and they refuse to honor the lease contract by keeping your AC in working order. By law, they have 14 days to fix these issues, and it's been longer than 2 consecutive months with no working AC, and I can guarantee this winter the heat will break and you'll be left without that too. This about the most ridiculous complex I've ever encountered. Change out windows during the winter, change out the AC chiller in July and now it doesn't work. It's been 2 weeks in July and I'm not seeing any progress. And now new doors, that are supposed to improve the complex. There's daylight all around the "new" doors. Guess it doesn't matter if the apartment is sealed correctly, no AC for the foreseeable future. This facility is a joke
It seems that Weston Ridge has hit a major decline, they advertise AC in their amenities but it doesn't work half the time. Anytime they decide to do a "big project" somehow the outcome is way worse than it was before. Definitely frustrating. It's definitely not worth the price of living here. Everything breaks down and doesn't work and it takes forever for things to get fixed. We should be getting our rent deducted anytime it becomes an unsafe living environment. If you enjoy paying over $1400 per month to live in a jail cell with zero amenities then move to Weston Ridge Apartments! 😃 Fifth Edit: The air conditioning is always going out and only works for 1-3 weeks at a time. This is the worst apartment i’ve ever lived at in my entire life. Truly a pathetic and terrible experience living here.
