The marketing makes this grand "luxury" claim, but it's really just a modest apartment building next to senior living homes, a low-income housing development right next door, and a community centre. The units I saw were fine, though the prices quoted were highly unreasonable relative to the very average units offered. It's nice to see some apartments that aren't 60 years old in West Van.
