RecommendedFirst time as a new patient. Everyone was very friendly and answered all my questions. I have never been to a dentist that I’ve been pleased. I totally 100% recommend this place.
Front desk is borderline rude and passive aggressive, and treats patients like they are an inconvenience to them. Dr. Schwartz is amazing, though! We left this office due to the rude front staff a year ago. I needed a replacement set of retainers for my child and had to contact them again. They've become the WORST place for care. Call center answers, canceling appts and excessive waiting with no explanation. DO NOT BOTHER! Service has gone down the toilet. New management? Not sure. But I won't go back!

Called to "reschedule" my appointment 3 times back to back(months out each time) waaay overcharges for pretty much everything down to oral health instruction at every visit!

My 19 yr old son went here to have all 4 wisdom teeth removed by Ben Schimel oral surgeon. My son woke up half way through the procedure and was given no additional pain relief and was actually hollered at by Dr Schimel and told "STOP CRYING.!! We then had a meeting with Dr Amezcua and the office manager and regional overseer of this particular location and was promised a quick resolution and there has been nothing.
