Front office lady was extremely rude, I called to ask if they accept my insurance, which she replied with a straight "yes, with referral", I replied that I have the referral, and her answer after a complete silence was OK. I decided to kindly let her know that I will call back, instead of letting her know that she is the first impression of the doctors office and one of the most important, so decided to call my next doctors office on my list which I experience a way much better experience and made the appointment with them. ... read more

I went to see Dr Srgall for pain in my ankle and he spent a lot of time with me, ran a bunch of exams on my ankle including x-rays and ultrasound exams. He found the problem that I had suffered from for a year that no other foot doctor was able to find. I had seen 3 other foot specialists at Mt. Sinai in the past until my Doctor recommended Dr. Segall. He recommended a small procedure which I had performed in the office and it has beenn 2 months and I am totally pain free. I was in a course of therapy with Dr. Segall for more than 6 months, including a surgery. The entire office maintained the highest professional standards and positive attitudes. The outcome was total success. This podiatrist is a real doctor, not just a nail clipper.
