We feel so fortunate that Tulio Castellanos was our realtor when we were looking to buy a home in Florida. We are from Wisconsin and will permanently relocate there. Due to this we had only limited knowledge of the differences in real estate between Wisconsin and Florida. We settled on meeting w/Tulio down in Florida over a weekend. Tulio from ATA Realtors was nothing short of amazing to work with. He made our move from NY to FL seamless and extremely easy. Tulio was accessible and knowledgeable, would answer quickly at different times of the day.
