I benefit from learning course from US Career Institute and would take another course from Weston learning. I took courses and asked for a refund.Too technical questions they asked me I thought it should be more just book work and asked for refund.The instructors counselor told me to chose different coursework.

Make sure you understand that they have went around the country telling people how they are able to place you with a job after you finish program 5. They came to my city with plenty of promises and a guy who you can tell knows exactly what to say but, when i asked him if they would be able to help someone transition from online to within a hospital he said that they cant as it would effect their business. I thought they were accredited but apparently they are not. I asked for an accreditation code and they do not have one so I cannot sit for my state exam. They said i have to test through another entity and that they told me this upon graduation after I spent money and time. It says on everything I have that I would be eligible to sit for the exam and I am not. What a waste of time and money. So very disappointed and let down. Thanks for nothing.
This place is a joke. I signed up for the Medical Assistant program and after completing 4 quizzes questioned them about the labs portion of the program. They said it was done "virtually" I called a few places asking if they would hire someone that took the online course and they said if they had experience with the physical procedures they would but "virtual" procedures were not real. I had a good experience about the accounting services certificate, I am now trough the career coach program that is exactly the kind of guide I was expecting for my job search, You cannot expect to get a job just because you paid for education. My only advise will be substitute hand writing excercises for digital versions, for example, in the accounting program using the T accounts and Journals in paper is outdated we can work all the exercises in excel.

Ok so I have been going here (online) since 2016 and I must say I like it. I have been with other online schools and hated it! From the course to the payment plans. However, this school is very helpful when it comes to helping with payment options so ALWAYS speak up and ask for help. The classes: some are easy some are hard but that is just how schooling is. I am half way though the bookkeeping specialist course, here is my honest review on these few points: 1. Course work is easy to understand, but some topics are 'lazy' with no picture examples but briefly explanation only, so you have to figure it out on your own. This is a bookkeeping course involves record entries on journal, ledgers etc. If you skip to show the examples, it's hard on students and will make mistake on assignments. 2. I was also duped into believing all the hype or as someone else put it perfectly, the smoke and mirrors. In the seminar they have high promises of job placement and super sweet sugar coated version of alllllllll the help you'll get, what they really mean, is they offer a 6th course in "career starting", and that's all the "help" you get after completing the certification, which is tedious and useless!!!!!
