**Avoid this place if you cherish your sanity** The staff is shockingly incompetent and completely unreliable. I was meticulous in asking questions before applying for a unit, especially since I wasn’t allowed to view the actual apartment, only a model. The assistant manager (Sophia, I believe) assured me that the 2nd floor unit I was applying for would have all hardwood floors. I asked her multiple times to confirm this, and she did. Fix the door to the gym please I have a key card and I stood at that door for over ten minutes trying to get the door to open. Yes I tried pulling on the handle with one hand while holding the card to the keypad with the other and it still didn’t open all while I’m getting bit by mosquitoes and a huge scary spider is sitting right above the gym door. I called Briana and she said she was working on a few welcome home things for new residents and would then start on my application. I received the automated email confirming I filled out the app and even a link to upload documents.
