Doctors are fabulous but the wait time is too long. I always satisfy the service.
Would not recommend. Waste of time and efforts to get help with my issues. They sent a referral for me that had gotten declined and no one called me to let me know. When I went back to the clinic the doctor opened my file to see what went wrong and there was a big red note saying "Task Overdue" that no one would take responsibility for. I saw two different doctors, the first one Donna Li I will never see again.
Very poor administration at the front desk. They are too busy and very easily confused with files and customs. Hope all our medical test are done properly. Better to avoid this place for testing

On Saturday, October 4th., I went in for a check up at this walk-in clinic. I found Dr. Lam to be exceptionally thorough in discussing and understanding the issue I was in for. I did not have any appointment for X-ray or ultrasound. Doctor Lam having discussed my problem with me....asked Jennifer at the reception of this lab to accommodate me for an ultrasound.
