On Saturday, October 4th., I went in for a check up at this walk-in clinic. I found Dr. Lam to be exceptionally thorough in discussing and understanding the issue I was in for. I did not have any appointment for X-ray or ultrasound. Doctor Lam having discussed my problem with me....asked Jennifer at the reception of this lab to accommodate me for an ultrasound. Incredibly impressed - very kind, experienced, professional and empathetic ultrasound specialist Maryna. She went above and beyond to make sure I felt reassured. Her professionalism and warm approach made the whole process very comfortable . Highly recommended!
The receptionist jennifer was VERY helping in getting us a quick ultrasound appointment .I would definitely recommend this place for doing your ultrasound etc
I've come here many times, some times for myself and other times for my children. I've had both Dr. Donna Lee and Dr Al-Ward and both are amazing Drs. Kind, caring and compassionate. My only issue is the wait times but I feel that's out of their control and due to the popularity of the clinic it's always busy. I also like the convince of the attached pharmacy.
Dr Al-ward told me to stop seeing him for medication that he started me on and now wants me to see other doctors in his clinic. I thought staying with the same medication for the same doctor was the right thing to do.
