I have been living here myself slightly over six months.(have family who have been part of the community for over a decade). There are a lot of mixed reviews let me put some of these questionable concerns to rest for you. Let's address one thing... Building Bugs is a thing. Our community is on a ravine, so we shouldn't be surprised of some of the visitors we have. Pedro the maintenance guy is amazing! I was having trouble finding something and he went above and beyond to make sure I found what I needed. The place looks very well maintained!
I have lived at Westmount Ridge for 18 years. In those years, I never had any negative things to say about the staff here. The office staff are the sweetest. Mel Mel & Kristin are the most compassionate ,helpful, kind people you could have found for the job. They both deserve a spa date on Boardwalks dime.
