Really nice apartments in a nice area but workers constantly harassed us while moving out and charges you 20 dollars just to change a lightbulb after you move out like they charge you so much to clean your apartment afterwards even if you clean the whole place before moving out my mom and my aunt had this problem too hopefully they changed that because this was a couple years back
Great place to live. Maintenance and staff are quick to review and take action on any concerns Tennant's being forth. Building is always kept clean by all indoor and outdoor staff.
This review is reflective of the Boardwalk REIT company in London at large. I originally had a viewing booked for Landmark Towers but was called on less than an hour's notice to cancel it. On this phone call, that manager and I discussed units at other properties in town. This conversation led me to "book" a tour at this location (Westmount Ridge) or so I thought.
