It’s been five days, and I’m still waiting for a response about the part I need. They made it sound so complicated to find the correct part that they couldn't do it the same day, but when I looked it up online, there was only one option—and it took me less than a minute to find it. I ended up ordering the part from another source two days ago, and I still haven’t heard anything from them. I had to order a new hot tub cover for our Sunrise that we bought from them 12years ago. When I inquired about ordering it, I also asked if they could deliver and take away the old waterlogged one and was told that there would probably be a $100, or so charge. I asked the same question when ordering and was told the same thing! Then when I got the call the cover was in, asked again for delivery and takeaway, was told "NO!!", they do not deliver to my area now and would not even take the old one away as they have no way to ge... read more

Westmount Pool and Spas has been a pleasure to deal with. We have been using them to help us keep our pool maintained and they have been so easy to work with. We just had our liner replaced by Shawn and his team and he was so efficient and very knowledgeable and helpful. Our new liner looks beautiful and was a much easier, and faster, process than I thought it would be. The in store team is always lovely and very informative and helpful.
