Being part of the renovation process over the last 3 months I had the opportunity to meet and know the security/concierge, cleaning and maintenance staff. As well as many of the residents and board members of the building. All of which made my time at Westmount Place enjoyable. The staff were always helpful in making our job less difficult when they could. Great Building, People and staff - I supplied all the custom drapery for the lobby renovation (ALLURE WINDOW FASHIONS) as well as I have some friends in the building. Beautifully maintained, I always feel very safe with ample parking when visiting. The lobby renovation is so beautiful and wish I could live in this desirable condo building as the owners really take pride in living there. Excellent decoration design, foyer and hallway latest renovation, upgraded lights fixtures,foyer builded new front counter, made new cabinet for coffee maker.It is a great place to live.

Having been an owner since 2018, I can honestly say that I have been very impressed by the quality of the now-completed renovations to the lobby, residential hallways, swimming pool, gym (all of the equipment is brand new as of 2024), elevators and roof. The completion of these projects has rendered past negative comments obsolete. The renovations were all funded by the Reserve Fund (no special assessments) and the Reserve Fund is in at a very healthy balance even after paying for these renovations. Beautiful new front lobby, incredibly friendly concierge that knows you by sight. As a shift worker, it's easy to find parking in surrounding areas and the all-hours gym is perfect for middle of the night runs/lifts. Having the front doors lock overnight, a concierge behind the desk monitoring comings and goings, and using the key fobs to travel through the building gives it a feeling of safety being downtown. This is definitely a building where you get what you pay for.
