No complaints about the physicians but I am rating one star in the hopes that the reception team might be encouraged to do their job. I have been calling for over a week. I have left messages. ZERO effort has been made to contact me. When I was on hold 20 minutes before they stop answering phones, reception kept terminating my call. When I called back on other days, I was on hold for over 15 minutes before getting an automated message that they were experiencing “higher than normal call volumes”. Every day??
