This is the type of place you go to that makes you annoyed you ever shopped at one of the big chain stores with the terrible radio ads, or even worse - online retailers. Sean was great to deal with, honest and straightforward. I was looking for a special anniversary gift for my wife but had to stick to a budget. What incredible service! I came to them with a unique request, engraving some Christmas ornaments and they were exceptionally kind, welcoming, knowledgeable, and transparent throughout the process. They originally estimated four days for it to be done , but I received a call within just a couple of hours! Not only was the service incredibly fast, but the engraving turned out absolutely beautiful. I highly recommend Westmount Jewellers and will be returning ! (Puppy Brooks is also a pleasure to visit with)
I brought my 30 year old wedding in to replace the diamond that fell out several years ago. They fixed it in record time, for a very reasonable price, and did a GORGEOUS job on my ring. It looks brand new. Highly recommend!
