Sean and his staff are very welcoming and easy to discuss jewelry with. There prices are very good. Support a small independent jeweler, rather than the big chains. The store looks great with all the plants as well.
Wonderful experience! I went to get my watch fixed, they did it for a good price, quickly done, and were very nice (and didn’t make me feel dumb for not knowing things about the watch) throughout the interactions :)
Came in with zero knowledge about what i had and was welcomed with open arms no judgement or anything, my wife and i were able to identify the watches and misc jewelry we had. The staff answered all our questions with no hesitation and made us feel right at home! We plan on comming back to get my wedding band from here 100%
Sean and his team were absolutely amazing. I had a nightmare experience with my last jeweler who destroyed my wife's wedding ring. He fixed it up and made it look as good as new. We are so extremely happy with the quality of work and customer service here. Highest recommendation possible to go here for jewelry repairs!
