We have lived here since 2009...I love it here...Alot of seniors 💙 For it being an older building it's being kept up with a cleaning crew and Siftons are always maintaining the bldg...Will be living here for many more years to come..
Once I might have given 790 Wonderland South a 5-star rating but they’ve slipped. Rents have escalated far above the cost of living by $400 or $500 more than they used to be and they've eliminated complementary parking, now charging $50/month. More recycling bins are needed. It is a non-smoking property and they have ONE fire-resistant ashtray out front, but with none at the back, butts are tossed on the ground. Lived here for several years. Older building is meticulously kept. Super landlord. Great building manager. Quiet. 👍
