For an apartment building of luxury, living and high cost of rent I am very disappointed that I had to call in and complain about the AC not put on when the whether was extremely hot and humid outside. My parents live there and for elderly people that is a great concern, actually for anybody living there when the apartment gets very hot because the company has not turned on the AC. To an otherwise nice building, here I sit in 30c temperature while tricar has not turned on the air conditioning. They turn it on May 24th but my apartment has been nearly 26-29c for over a month with all windows open and multiple fans throughout day and night. It's just so frustrating because temperature aside, it is a very nice place to live. Tricar won’t turn on the a/c for the building and tenants are extremely uncomfortable as the units are 27 degrees +. The air conditioning should be turned on according to weather as it is nearly 30 degrees this weekend (May 18/19) and Tricar is still not turning on the a/c. This is NOT luxury living. Very disappointed with the amount of rent I pay and this is what I get. Nicely maintained building, modern and new. Lots of over 50 but fine for all ages.
I have lived in other apartment buildings in the past but Tricar is by far a fabulous company to deal with. Would highly recommend people to rent from them.
