Dr Kim's receptionist is extremely rude to me over the phone when I was calling on behalf of my sister. Also my sister was not given an estimate on work that isn't even completely finished yet
I came in to ask some questions about my appointment. Despite being very busy, the staff still managed to assist me smoothly and in such a kind and professional manner. They even gave a few small toys to my little cousin, which made him really happy.
It's an excellent place to take care of your teeth. Clean and efficient service, and the entire staff is very friendly and respectful.
