Horrible management. Ac constantly went out, and roaches were a problem. Leasing office never answers the phone. I’ve complained to “corporate” a guy name Ricky and he hung up on me. The whole company is unprofessional and unorganized. Don’t live here. Also saw cars being broken into and on bricks from tires being stolen. Buildings are old and so are the appliances they will not replace until it goes out. Air vents also moldy. Good luck finding parking by your apartment!
When I first moved in it was okay, I’ve been here 3 years now and I’m ready to run as soon as my lease is up. I don’t know where to start. Management is horrible and rude, there has been a total of 4 different managers since I moved here in 2021. Maintenance is just as horrible. They tell you to put in a maintenance request and they take forever to respond. Terrible management. We got a notification from Westmount that they were taking $2,000 more from our account than what our rent is supposed to be. Tried to call right away, but no one picked up or called back. Went to the office and it was locked, during business hours with an "Open" sign on the door. When somebody finally did come, she said she thought it might be a mistake, but was not sure.
