Feels pretty calm finally.
I've been living here the past one year ,I paid my rent on time at all time even renew my lease, and I don't cause problem around. there was a little miss understanding here and there before but I don't take it as a big deal but what got me is the lack of appreciation and professionalism when it comes to communicating with tenants , specially towards good tenants like me , who also refer this apartment complex to friends and family , one of my friend moved here and misunderstood the process of the referral fee. Don't what to stay here the water bill is too much money been here several years think I have enough with them nothing seems to work bad management on everything it's you all the property is in bad spend a day on property
Don't spend on the property just want your rent high water bill it floods you will see if you come letting everyone move in
I guess i can't leave my review as it was. So here is the update Ive seen more cars on blocks here than i have all the other complexes ive lived at and i know a couple of catalytic converters were stolen. parking is limited because there are several cars just sitting for months! There are spots you can buy, but you gotta pray your parking neighbor knows how to park and drives a small car bc the spots are TIGHT! the amount of people walking their dogs w/ no leash is pretty concerning having been attacked by loose dogs before.... read more
