Great location, the staff and maintenance are super nice and always most helpful whenever anything is needed. I do think rent is a tad pricey for them being older apartments but they are charming & all my neighbors seem to be friendly & cool & tend to mind to their own business.
Over 1 yr. Here with no problems. Management does their job, everything is maintained well. Try bengal concentrated insecticide, dilute & spray whole perimiter inside your apartment. Along with property pest control. It's very effective. I do this even if theres pest control provided. I haven't seen roaches in 6 months. Don't rely on property pest control solely. I see people complain about pest issues. Just letting people know to try bengal concentrated insecticide at (home depot)

I've been living here the past one year ,I paid my rent on time at all time even renew my lease, and I don't cause problem around. there was a little miss understanding here and there before but I don't take it as a big deal but what got me is the lack of appreciation and professionalism when it comes to communicating with tenants , specially towards good tenants like me , who also refer this apartment complex to friends and family , one of my friend moved here and misunderstood the process of the referral fee. Don't what to stay here the water bill is too much money been here several years think I have enough with them nothing seems to work bad management on everything it's you all the property is in bad spend a day on property
