On 9.20.21 I went home to find my kids bathroom was slowly leaking water from the pipe coming out of the wall. I was able to mop up the water and place a few towels to try to catch the water that was leaking and since it was already one sent in a service request to the apartment complex. When I woke up the next morning the towels were soaked and the water was covering the entire floor of the bathroom.
