I was ignored when I did not want to be placed in certain assets. When I asked to be removed from those investments, they left me in them regardless. I was adamant about not investing in long term instruments, to find out after I left them, that it was very difficult to liquidate these assets and many quarters later I am still trying to get my money back. Be really careful using Westmount Asset Management, my vanilla Morgan Stanley account out performed them, hands down.
