Amazing staff! Some of the reviews say they never answer the phone or never call back, but I’ve never had a problem! Any concerns were addressed immediately, staff is ALWAYS so kind and welcoming. All doctors I’ve met so far are also SUPER knowledgeable and helpful! I’d recommend them to anyone!
They don’t answer phones, return calls, or send records when you request. They then call 1-2 years later wanting you to return for an appointment.
Have been trying to contact regarding my parental care for over 3 days with not a single call back. Am now transferring my care over to a different network and still cannot get a call to transfer over records.
I've been going to this OB for over 20 years. Never had a bad experience and they were so attentive when. I was pregnant with my son at 39 back in 2014. I still go here for my yearlies and find the staff warm and patient.
