I really like coming here, I would say the doctor/midwife that you meet with does make a difference in your experience but overall I really like coming here
I would give this place and the place out in Latrobe 0 stars. Tell me why they are giving me ibuprofen 800 mg 3x a day for bleeding that’s been going on for 8 months. Bleeding through ultra tampons every 2 hours. Showed up late to appointment because I am quite literally bleeding to death. “Sorry we don’t have time to take you and I would ask the physician but I really don’t feel like standing over there waiting.”
Amazing staff! Some of the reviews say they never answer the phone or never call back, but I’ve never had a problem! Any concerns were addressed immediately, staff is ALWAYS so kind and welcoming. All doctors I’ve met so far are also SUPER knowledgeable and helpful! I’d recommend them to anyone!
They don’t answer phones, return calls, or send records when you request. They then call 1-2 years later wanting you to return for an appointment.
Have been trying to contact regarding my parental care for over 3 days with not a single call back. Am now transferring my care over to a different network and still cannot get a call to transfer over records.
