I've been going to this OB for over 20 years. Never had a bad experience and they were so attentive when. I was pregnant with my son at 39 back in 2014. I still go here for my yearlies and find the staff warm and patient.
They were ok during my first pregnancy--not great, but it was two years since the start of the pandemic so I chalked it up to post-COVID burnout, and nothing in the way I was treated was so bad that I thought it'd be significantly better elsewhere. With my second pregnancy and the merger of Excela to Independence Health System, I've noticed a severe decline in their care, customer service, and basic compassion. After reading the reviews (now) it all makes sense. I should have done this prior to my appointment. I'm a long-time off & on patient of the Depo Provera shot which was the reason for my visit at this office. I've been off and on this medication for well over 10 years-it's the only thing that has completely helped me with what it was intended for. Dr. Perez was my provider that saw me. I only really like dr nolfi, he listened. The other Dr's will gaslight you and make you feel like your crazy
