Counselor was nice. However I followed the appointment reminder instructions and texted my counselor to cancel my appointment within 24 hours, and still got dinged for a no show ($50). Counselor never texted me back or ever called to reschedule. So seems this place is just about the money and gives no regard to patient care. Now I have to fight with the office to try and get those funds back. AVOID!
I have had the awesome opportunity to collaborate with Wendy McSparren over this past year. She is clinically and professionally so very talented. It is clear she has such an authentic desire to provide the most supportive and effective care for the clients at Westmoreland Psychotherapy Associates!
I've had the pleasure of working with Wendy for over a year and can confidently say she and the WPA team are kind, thoughtful and trustworthy clinicians. They genuinely care about providing quality therapy and care deeply for their clients. I highly recommend them as your therapy home!
