I have been with Westmoreland for a while and use to love them. For the past several months it takes so long to get my compounds filled. This week I called on Wednesday to refill, called on Saturday and was told it was not ready and there is no one in the lab on the weekends. Monday will be 5 days. It’s not the first time this has happened and I get a different excuse every time. Just really disappointed in the service right now.
We have been with Westmoreland since the day it opened. Have known Anthony when he was at Walgreens. The best thing we ever did, as far as pharmacies is switch. You can't find friendly, neighborhood, pharmacies like this anymore. When our car was broken down, they delivered our medicine, never cost a penny. Can call anytime, and get advice. Even checked our blood sugar for us, this is just a wonderful pharmacy, with a wonderful staff. Anthony, Mark, and all the employees are the best.
