Everything was great, I suggest using paper for the screening sheet instead of the iPad. Too many questions and it isn’t the fastest, I could fill the same thing on paper much faster other than that everything was great
Dr. Logan is an absolutely wonderful doctor. He is thorough, caring, and always takes time to explain information. I have been going to him for 37 years!!
