They've gotten rid of all the good stores. It takes forever to get food. No one ever answers the phone when you need information. the office people are rude. There's no helpful information on their website. And recently they've decided have trick or treating on a random weekday instead of on Halloween.
RecommendedIt is still a beautiful place to shop!!! Miss the Bon-Ton, otherwise there is still plenty to see here.

One of the best and safest malls around. I loved riding the kiddie train here when I was little. I love eating at the Chick-fil-A and the new Sbarro that just opened a few months ago. I love shopping at Spencer's Gifts, GameStop, Hot Topic, F.Y.E., and JCPenney. I come here once a month. For those who go to Monroeville Mall, don't go there anymore, come here instead.
went to rockstar and got a few the hemp wraps each pack was so dry the wraps were unusable won't shop there anymore
Very disappointed in this mall!!!! Drove 45 minutes for my kids to see Santa only to be told "Santa leaves at 5." when it was only 4pm. The woman in charge of the Santa line was VERY RUDE to my children and I and made my 6 year old cry. I'm sorry but the line was NOT AN HOUR. And there was no reason to be such a bitch to a 6 year old. Way to go Westmoreland Mall.
So last Saturday I went to the mall with my boyfriend just to look around. We were there a few hours and everything was fine till I got into the elevator. The person taking photos of Santa and kids use a muli flash. Which causes a strobe light effect in the glass elevator because of the mirrors. I'm an epileptic it triggered a seizure.
