I usually love this mall, but how they are handling photos with Santa is horrible. My mom and dad took my 3 year old to the mall to see Santa, not knowing you had to make an apt. mother stood in like for over and hour to be verbally attacked by someone for not having one. so they got out if line then they said the last hour they can try again, they try again only to be turned away a second time. then I go to make an apt today, only to find out it's 40$ just to see santa!! you should be ashamed.. we are in the middle of a pan... read more

honestly it's just because it's the closest mall to me! also it's very clean & well taken care of
