They withhold some pretty crucial information when processing your paperwork. The clerks are unbelievably unprofessional and the insurance adjuster (Jason) had audacity to call me back and to tell me to stop giving ‘ constructive criticism to his employees and that they are doing me a service by me (the customer) going to them. Did not give a chance to speak or anything? is that even allowed

Spam calls my home daily with robocalls, can't get it stopped.
Staff is unorganized and inconsiderate, and quite condescending, almost to the point of not really wanting your business. I certainly won't be going with them at this time, or any time in the future.
