Amazing small, local business! No sales people or dispatchers answering the phone. Flood water submerged our furnace, requiring a replacement. Jeff calmed my nerves when I called him and he told me the first quote I received from a different company was too high. He came that day for an estimate and cut the competitor's price in half. I would have given this company a great review at the time of installation, however we've been a customer for 8 years and have had one bad experience after another. Shame on us for staying, but we thought the company would make things right since they installed everything. With our mini splits, we experienced multiple burned out motors (3) replaced at our expense until Jeff finally admitted they were installed incorrectly. Fantastic service !!! I came home to a 82 degree house on a 104 degree day . The very next morning Jeff returned my call and was here with in an hour . He fixed the problem with in 10 minutes !!! The price considerably on a holiday was still reasonable!!! I recommend highly !!!

We highly recommend Westmoreland Heating and Cooling! After 30 years with our original furnace, we decided to proactively replace both it and our 15-year-old AC. We met with three different companies, but Jeff was by far the best. His professionalism and knowledge are top-tier. While other companies were intimidated by our "weird" damper system, Jeff wasn’t fazed at all. I wish I could give them a thousand stars! I was so lost dealing with broken pipes and boiler and had a much bigger mess on my hands than they or I expected. They could of said that part is "not our problem" and walked away. Instead they moved their schedule around, pushed their sleeves up, and got it done. I would of been without heat or water for who knows how long. This could of been total devastation for us if we had to wait for the insurance process.
