Staff is very rude and takes forever to get back to you. Been in severe pain for months, unable to function and the doctor does nothing. Highly suggest in going elsewhere.
I have been a patient of Wm digestive for 10 years. The front office staff would not call me back for an appointment and we’re always very unprofessional. Office manager is a joke. I am going elsewhere. Doctors were ok. Yet still not able to get an appointment for my daughter and have been playing phone tag for 3 months. Sad. Very immature front staff and the office manager is extremely rude.

In their best efforts, the practice comes up short. The doctor is usually unavailable since he is doing scopes. Patients are referred to the physician assistant. He tries but doesn't have the training or skill set to handle difficult cases. They have tried to help me and I appreciate it but the practice seems to be stuck. I think being under Excela Health is a detriment also to their direction. Sometimes we need to be directly under the care of the physician with the training. Great place. Very professional and timely. Very easy to call and get questions answered and get things sorted out. Staff is very friendly and helpful
