Been at Westmoore since July 2020. They have improved the property every year but have also raised the rent quite a bit. They have a clubhouse with a hangout spot with a workout spot and laundry facilities. They repaved the parking lots, redid the roofs, replaced the windows, redid the patio fencing, cut down dangerous trees, fixed concrete sidewalks, redid the garbage areas and covered the mail boxes and added lights, added grills and picnic tables and even have a fenced in area for dogs. Avoid this apartment complex. Not worth all the added fees they will add to your lease, then to payments, and when you move out. SO many hidden costs. It's a loud place to live, on a busy road and next to loading GFS trucks every morning. All the good units are already taken by people who have lived there forever. People walk through your out door area constantly and there is limited privacy. Walls are thin, windows are old, electric will bleed you dry. Greedy, blood sucking leeches that will use every possible legal recourse they can find to syphon every last penny in your bank account they can. They couldn't care less who they strangle with their greed. Expect to pay at least $1,000/month for a one bedroom apartment with no dish washer, no washer or dryer, and an antiquated HVAC system. Avoid renting here at all costs.

I recently moved in to a one bedroom, and it is so peaceful! Property staff are so supportive and strive for great communication, I like living in a one story apartment so you don't have to worry about upstairs or downstairs. The appliances are so safe and up to date! A wonderful experience already :)
